No voicemail, no office hours
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
You are never billed for this service
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Licensed, insured and nearby
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in Texas, and based close enough to Austin to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
One call fixes a bad match
You are not stuck with the first name you are given. Call back, say it was not a fit, and ask for another. That is what the line is for.
What this page does not promise
